Senior Training Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Training Coordinator will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of the company’s training programs, including annual calendars, monthly sessions and onboarding initiatives. This role works closely with department managers and subject‑matter experts to ensure learning aligns with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive annual and quarterly training calendars.
• Coordinate monthly training sessions, secure venues, set up virtual links and manage training assets.
• Organise logistics for onsite training, including transport and operational support.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics such as completion rates, assessment scores and business impact.
• Analyse company‑wide skill gaps to define future training priorities.
• Lead onboarding programs, conduct compliance and foundational training, and monitor new‑hire progress.
• Collaborate with SMEs to script, storyboard and produce training videos, overseeing filming and editing.
• Prepare weekly updates and monthly consolidated reports for the Training Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in training coordination or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proactive, honest, hardworking and flexible attitude.
