Senior Technical Business Analyst, CLM Hub

About the role

Prudential is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to lead the delivery of strategic digital projects for its CLM Hub covering Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar. The role blends technical expertise with strong business acumen to translate regional requirements into scalable technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the CLM Hub to capture and document business requirements.
• Convert business needs into clear technical specifications for the delivery team.
• Work with solution architects and software engineers to design and implement technology solutions that meet regional standards.
• Support technical project managers with prioritisation, resource coordination and status communication.
• Perform functional testing, facilitate User Acceptance Testing and assist with software deployments.
• Provide Level‑2 application support and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation and monitor application‑related costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT/Digital roles such as Solution Architect, Business Analyst or Technical Product Owner.
• Proven experience delivering agile projects in fast‑paced environments.
• Familiarity with corporate operational procedures, cross‑functional structures and life‑insurance business processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess impact of business changes and recommend solutions.

Required skills

• Functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience.
