Senior Specialist, Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Senior Specialist in Financial Planning & Analysis will support the finance team in delivering accurate and timely management reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You will work closely with stakeholders to collect assumptions, analyse variances and help improve reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and compile financial data for monthly management reporting.
• Perform basic variance analysis and highlight deviations from budget.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts, gathering assumptions from relevant stakeholders.
• Extract, validate, reconcile and analyse financial data, identifying unusual movements.
• Assist with ad‑hoc business analysis, financial cases and management requests.
• Maintain standardized FP&A templates and document reporting processes.
• Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of reporting tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or CFA are a plus.
• 2‑4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting or similar finance roles.
• Proven experience preparing financial reports, supporting budgets and forecasts, and reconciling data.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
