Senior Specialist – Corporate Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Corporate Sales to drive growth by designing, promoting, and delivering advanced connectivity and ICT solutions to enterprise clients. You will work closely with Product, Pre‑Sales, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams to create tailored solutions across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic solution selling and account development.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise opportunities in connectivity, cloud, security, and managed services.
• Translate customer business needs into technical and commercial proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision‑makers and IT stakeholders.
• Lead solution presentations, demonstrations, and project discussions.
• Collaborate with Pre‑Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to design and deliver solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contract agreements.
• Provide after‑sales support to ensure successful delivery and high satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform product development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in enterprise solutions, B2B sales, or ICT/telecom environment.
• Proven track record in solution selling, account management, and meeting revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for both commercial and technical audiences.
• Fluency in English (verbal & written); Khmer preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of enterprise solutions such as IP/MPLS, DIA, Cloud, Security, SD‑WAN, Hosting, and Managed Services.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
