Senior Retail Loan Support Officer

About the role

The Senior Retail Loan Support Officer will work from the Head Office in Phnom Penh, driving performance for retail loan products and supporting branches and business partners in generating loan opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and support retail loan products such as Smart/Payroll Loan, Dream Car Loan, Mortgage and others.
• Assist branches and partners in creating loan leads, maintain regular communication, and follow up on referrals from dealers, developers and corporate clients.
• Collect, update and analyse daily/monthly sales data, handle customer complaints, and keep records of partners, referrals and loan leads.
• Support promotional events, business presentations and retail lending campaigns as directed by the Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
• 3–5 years of banking experience, preferably in retail lending, sales, relationship management or business development.
• Strong analytical ability to assess sales performance and prepare reports.
• High personal integrity, ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel frequently across the branch network.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Internet research, Khmer typing and English language skills (speaking, writing, listening).
