Senior Retail Banking Officer

About the role

The Senior Retail Banking Officer will support branch networks in increasing sales of fee‑based banking services, ensure compliance with sales guidelines, and develop new strategies to meet targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist branches to increase sales volume of fee‑based services according to plan.
• Support staff in reaching targets and prospecting new clients for fee‑based products.
• Coordinate sales guidelines and standards across departments.
• Disseminate sales procedures to branches and ensure compliance.
• Develop and discuss new sales strategies and tactics with the Unit Manager.
• Provide product and service knowledge training to branch staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Banking or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in retail banking or financial institution.
• High personal integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to train staff across the branch network.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent English speaking, writing and listening skills.

• Computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Internet usage proficiency.
• Khmer typing.
• English language proficiency.
