Senior Regulation Related Auditor

About the role

The Senior Regulation Related Auditor will lead audit activities at the Head Office, focusing on regulatory compliance across banking, finance, and related legal frameworks. This position reports to the Manager of the Regulation Related Audit Unit and plays a key role in ensuring audit quality and implementation of recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits and draft audit reports for relevant divisions and departments at the Head Office.
• Review summary audit findings and testing performed by auditors.
• Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Assist the audit manager in updating audit programs and workpapers.
• Evaluate staff competency and performance of auditors.
• Gather feedback from audit team members to support departmental growth.
• Train and coach auditors on responsibilities, internal policies, and audit ethics.
• Engage in self‑development related to knowledge, communication, leadership, and emerging challenges.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Law or a related professional qualification (e.g., CIA).
• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience, preferably within banking or financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations, taxation law, and labor law.
• Demonstrated integrity, objectivity, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
