Senior Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Senior Recruitment Specialist will lead end‑to‑end hiring processes for Baksey Media in Phnom Penh. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on sourcing top talent, delivering a great candidate experience, and supporting onboarding and training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define role requirements with hiring managers and create compelling job postings.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using competency‑based and structured techniques.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns and maintain active talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to organize assessments and support onboarding plans.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, improve hiring practices, and contribute to employer branding.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and training/onboarding abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
• Experience in media, technology, or professional services is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

• Basic HR analytics capabilities.
