Senior Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Senior Recruitment Specialist will join Making It Easy Co., LTD in Phnom Penh to lead full‑cycle recruitment for a professional services firm. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on sourcing, assessing and hiring talent that supports the company’s market‑entry and HR services for clients in Cambodia.

Key responsibilities

• Define job requirements together with hiring managers and create detailed job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, screen applications and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules, prepare offer letters and ensure compliance with local labour regulations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system.
• Support onboarding activities and collaborate with HR on workforce planning.
• Contribute to employer‑branding initiatives to attract and retain high‑quality talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior recruitment or HR roles, preferably within professional services or consulting.
• Strong understanding of Cambodian labour laws and HR compliance practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Khmer is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions, meet deadlines and coach hiring managers on best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard HR and recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
