Senior Performance Management Officer

About the role

Peng Huoth Group is seeking a Senior Performance Management Officer to design, implement, and continuously improve its performance management framework. The role will align employee and departmental performance with the company’s strategic objectives, fostering a results‑oriented culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead KPI management and performance review processes for all business units.
• Provide data‑driven insights and partner with business leaders to drive a high‑performance culture.
• Analyze workforce performance trends and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with leaders to align individual and departmental goals with corporate objectives.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and employee development programs.
• Enhance performance management policies, procedures, reporting tools, and guidelines.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Management, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in performance management, HR analytics, HRBP, or organizational development.
• Experience in real estate, property development, construction, hospitality, or large corporate environments is preferred.
• Proven expertise with KPI frameworks, Balanced Scorecard, and performance review processes.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization.
• Familiarity with HRIS and performance tracking tools.
