Senior MEP Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior MEP Engineer to lead the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering efforts on construction projects. The role involves overseeing design, coordination, installation, testing and commissioning to ensure high‑quality delivery on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise MEP works from installation through commissioning and handover across project sites.
• Review, coordinate and approve MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Collaborate with architectural, structural, interior and other discipline teams to ensure integrated design.
• Manage MEP subcontractors, suppliers and on‑site activities, monitoring progress, quality, safety and compliance.
• Identify and resolve technical clashes, site coordination issues and other engineering challenges.
• Lead testing, commissioning, inspections and final handover of MEP systems.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, supervisors and site personnel.
• Prepare and review progress reports, technical documentation and project records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of MEP engineering experience in construction, residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation practices, testing and commissioning procedures.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving and site‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related engineering software tools.
