Senior Insurance Specialist

About the role

The Senior Insurance Specialist will provide life‑insurance solutions to the bank’s clients, working closely with branch sales and service teams. The role requires a dynamic, independent mindset and a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain productive relationships with bank staff, including branch managers and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with bank branches to meet insurance sales targets and develop growth strategies.
• Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities within the bank’s existing customer base.
• Handle customer queries and issues, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Assist with policy servicing activities such as renewals, claims processing, and complaint resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or college degree with relevant skills.
• Experience in bancassurance sales preferred; sales or customer‑service experience in banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality or IT is also considered.
• Self‑driven, highly motivated with strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in sales techniques, training delivery, and customer orientation.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills to interpret market trends and manage conflicts.
