Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Sthani Communications is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual design of campaigns and brand assets for local and international clients. This full‑time, on‑site position in Phnom Penh will involve creating concepts, digital and print materials, and brand identities while collaborating closely with account managers, copywriters and content creators.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the visual design of multi‑channel campaigns and brand assets.
• Develop creative concepts, digital and print graphics, and brand identities.
• Assist in planning and the creative process for new client acquisition.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑production quality checks.
• Submit deliverables on time and maintain cutting‑edge industry knowledge.
• Attend assigned meetings and proactively recommend creative communications for proposals.
• Mentor junior designers and provide design direction.
• Participate in client presentations, refine designs based on feedback, and ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Strong visual design skills covering graphics, logo design and branding.
• Proven experience in creating cohesive brand identities.
• Proficiency in typography and layout design for digital and print media.
• Knowledge of 2D/3D tools or AI is a plus.
• Advanced skills with industry‑standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Agency or fast‑paced creative environment experience, preferably in marketing.
• Ability to translate strategic briefs into compelling visual concepts.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand, campaign and digital design work.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and feedback skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent practical experience.
