Senior Executive, Business Relationship – Mortgage Loan

About the role

The Senior Executive, Business Relationship – Mortgage Loan will drive the marketing and processing of consumer mortgage loans, ensuring the achievement of financial targets while maintaining strict internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Market and process consumer mortgage loans to meet loan and advance targets.
• Assist internal controls to ensure credit adequacy and compliance with bank policies.
• Issue Letters of Offer promptly and secure customer acceptance.
• Ensure loan applications are processed within bank guidelines and monitor credit utilization against sanctioned limits.
• Oversee timely repayment of loans and interest servicing.
• Renew accommodation applications (AAs) in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in credit processing.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; additional language skills such as Mandarin are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated high level of commitment and reliability.
