About the role
The Senior Executive, Business Relationship will be responsible for marketing and processing RSME loans, ensuring compliance with internal controls and achieving financial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Market and process RSME loans to meet loan and advance targets.
- Assist in internal controls to ensure credit adequacy and policy compliance.
- Ensure prompt loan repayment and interest servicing.
- Issue Letters of Offer and obtain customer acceptance in a timely manner.
- Process loan applications within bank guidelines and monitor utilization of credit facilities.
- Renew accommodation applications (AAs) promptly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Finance/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages such as Mandarin are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high commitment.
- At least 3 years of experience in credit processing.
