Senior Enterprise Applications Administrator

About the role

Smart Axiata is seeking a Senior Enterprise Applications Administrator to ensure its enterprise systems run efficiently, securely, and at scale. You will be responsible for planning capacity, driving upgrades, and supporting internal users across Windows and Linux environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows and Linux servers, including virtualization platforms (VMware, FusionSphere, OracleVM).
• Manage Microsoft 365 admin portal, Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and related services.
• Plan, implement, and monitor storage area networks (SAN) and network‑attached storage (NAS).
• Provide 2nd‑line support for internal users, track server performance via RRD graphs, and apply preventive measures.
• Maintain system diagrams, produce regular backup and uptime reports, and propose automation initiatives.
• Supervise expansion, upgrade, and migration projects within the Enterprise Applications area.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, SAN/NAS principles, and Microsoft 365 services.
• At least 1 year experience with an ERP system.
