Senior Creative Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to lead the visual design of our marketing campaigns, digital content, social media, recruitment and corporate communications. You will shape concepts that reflect Angkor Green’s brand identity while supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality visual designs for a variety of channels, including digital, print, events and promotional materials.
• Create and refine creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business goals.
• Manage the full design process from concept through layout, production and final artwork delivery.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all visual communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR and other business units to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, typography, layout, social media, advertising and marketing materials.
• Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling abilities.
• Effective communication, time‑management and teamwork skills, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
