About the role

The Senior Corporate Banking Officer will support the acquisition and servicing of corporate clients, promoting KB PRASAC’s banking products and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and organise processes to acquire corporate clients, CASA and term deposit balances.
  • Assist clients with documentation for using KB PRASAC services and support public activities.
  • Deliver customer service and sales skills at branch offices, handling complaints and suggestions.
  • Prepare reports for management and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Banking or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate banking services and sales performance.
  • Strong communication skills, English proficiency and good understanding of customer behavior.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Internet usage and Khmer typing skills.
