Senior Corporate Banking Officer

About the role

The Senior Corporate Banking Officer will support KB PRASAC Bank in acquiring and servicing corporate clients, driving deposit growth and promoting a range of banking products. This role is based at the Head Office in Phnom Penh and involves direct interaction with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organise processes to acquire corporate clients and increase CASA and term‑deposit balances.
• Assist clients with documentation and forms required to use KB PRASAC services.
• Promote and support the bank’s products and services in line with corporate standards.
• Participate in public‑facing activities and events as required.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and sales at the branch level.
• Handle client complaints, suggestions, and feedback professionally.
• Prepare regular reports for management and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Banking or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, and corporate banking.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and understanding of customer behaviour.
• Fluent in English (spoken, written, listening).
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional attitude.
