About the role
The Senior Business Relationship Executive is responsible for marketing and processing consumer loans while ensuring internal controls and compliance with bank policies.
Key responsibilities
- Market and process consumer loans to achieve branch financial targets.
- Ensure loan applications are processed within bank guidelines and monitor utilization of credit facilities.
- Assist in internal controls to ensure credit adequacy and compliance.
- Ensure prompt loan repayment, interest servicing, and timely issuance of letters of offer.
- Renew accommodation applications in a timely manner.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Finance/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages such as Mandarin are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high commitment.
- At least 3 years of experience in credit processing.
