Senior Bancassurance Officer

About the role

The Senior Bancassurance Officer will support the Manager in developing and executing bancassurance sales strategies to meet annual unit and profitability targets. This role involves close collaboration with branch teams, market analysis, and coaching to ensure consistent performance across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in creating sales strategies and technical support for branches to achieve targets.
• Monitor and coach unit members, implementing strategies to meet individual and team KPIs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential client segments and recommend strategy updates.
• Review branch sales performance, identify weaknesses, and provide guidance on improvement.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Insurance or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a commercial bank with knowledge of banking products and insurance.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and interact with high‑net‑worth clients.
• High personal integrity, discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel to provinces as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Internet research and basic computer literacy.
• Khmer typing and English speaking, writing and listening.
