Senior Accounting Officer

About the role

Saisons Brother Holding is seeking a Senior Accounting Officer to manage and reconcile sales transactions, cash collections, and accounts receivable across its EMart24 retail network. The role ensures financial accuracy, supports audit activities, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions from all EMart24 stores, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Verify and control daily store sales deposits and ensure timely bank transfers.
• Prepare, review, and maintain daily and monthly sales reports for franchise reporting.
• Reconcile sales data with mall operators, third‑party aggregators, and e‑wallet platforms.
• Maintain accounts receivable schedules and follow up on outstanding balances from franchisees, malls, and partners.
• Support quarterly and annual audit activities by preparing reconciliations and documentation.
• Assist in improving AR processes, internal controls, and reconciliation procedures.
• Perform other finance and accounts receivable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in reconciliation, accounting, or sales administration.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems, specifically Odoo.
