Security Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations at our mining site in Ou Ya Dav. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on protecting personnel, assets and ensuring compliance with safety and security procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control site access, conduct regular patrols and enforce security procedures.
• Supervise and schedule security staff, assign duties and provide guidance on incident response.
• Investigate security breaches, maintain logs and records, and report incidents to site management.
• Liaise with management on safety and risk issues and support continuous improvement of security protocols.
• Manage visitor access, address security‑related concerns and ensure a professional environment.

Required profile

• Proven supervisory experience, preferably in industrial, mining or other high‑risk environments.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills for interacting with employees, contractors and visitors.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions during emergencies.
• Willingness to work shifts on‑site in Ou Ya Dav.

Required skills

• Knowledge of physical security practices, access control and incident response.
• Basic computer literacy for record keeping and reporting.
• Familiarity with security systems and related software.
