Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Boeng Keng Kang Bei. The role leads the sales team, sets daily and weekly targets, and ensures high‑quality customer service while supporting promotional activities for Sambath Home and KEFAN products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and guide the sales team, set daily and weekly sales targets, and monitor performance to achieve revenue goals.
• Oversee customer interactions, ensure high‑quality service, and resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction.
• Train and coach team members, analyze sales data, prepare reports, and collaborate with management to develop sales strategies.
• Coordinate showroom activities, maintain product knowledge, and support promotional campaigns for Sambath Home Kitchen & Furniture and KEFAN.

Required profile

• Strong team management and training skills to lead, motivate, and develop sales staff.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities to engage clients, understand needs, and build long‑term relationships.
• Good analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and support decision‑making.
• Previous experience in furniture, interior design, or home décor sales is an advantage.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a retail or showroom environment.
• Proficiency in basic office software and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Fluency in the local language; English or other language skills are a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
