Sales Showroom Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Sales Showroom Representative to welcome walk‑in customers, showcase our products, and guide them through the purchasing process. You will be the face of the showroom, ensuring a pleasant experience that drives sales and builds lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome walk‑in customers, offering refreshments and a warm smile.
• Provide product consultations, demonstrate features, and facilitate hands‑on experiences.
• Process sales orders, verify pricing, and coordinate delivery with factory and logistics teams.
• Distribute product documentation and promotional materials throughout the showroom.
• Maintain clean, organized, and attractive product displays.
• Recommend related or subsidiary products during the sales process.
• Follow up with customers post‑delivery to address issues and identify future needs.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and ensure all delivery records are accurate.
• Assist the accounting and tax teams with invoicing, VAT documentation, and billing verification.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service; showroom experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with professionalism.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player who can collaborate across departments.
