Sales Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Project Manager to drive project sales in the CCTV and related industry, develop and maintain full‑link customer resources, and achieve annual sales targets through precise project follow‑up and cross‑departmental collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Expand and maintain project‑based client groups, including consultants, system integrators and end customers, building long‑term cooperative relationships.
• Track project progress in real time, manage key nodes such as demand docking, solution formulation, contract signing, delivery and implementation.
• Coordinate internal resources (technology, products, delivery) to ensure projects are delivered on time with quality and quantity guarantees.
• Provide end‑to‑end customer service covering pre‑sales, sales and after‑sales stages, quickly addressing customer needs.
• Develop and implement new product promotion strategies based on market dynamics and company planning.
• Plan and execute marketing events such as product recommendation sessions, exhibitions and customer visits, with clear objectives and measurable indicators.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project sales experience in the CCTV/weak current industry with a proven track record.
• Possess high‑quality customer resources in banking, commercial office, residential sectors; government channel experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet annual project sales targets and strong market development capabilities.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); Chinese proficiency is a significant advantage.
• Prior experience with companies such as Hikvision, UNV, Tiandy, or similar system integrators, distributors or construction firms.
• Working hours: Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm, location: Koh Pich, Phnom Penh.
