Sales Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Sales Marketing Assistant will support VET Charging Station’s sales and marketing team in Phnom Penh. This full‑time, on‑site position involves daily customer interaction, preparation of sales materials, and coordination of promotional activities to boost brand awareness and service usage.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct basic market research and gather data on customer needs and industry trends.
• Maintain and update customer records and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist in organizing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Prepare sales reports, follow up on leads, and support lead management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent communication across channels.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for clear interaction with customers, colleagues, and partners.
• Ability to perform market research and interpret data.
• Customer‑service orientation with a solution‑focused approach.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing processes.
• Proficiency with office software and willingness to learn marketing tools.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh, manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing or customer‑facing roles is an advantage.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, communications or a related field is preferred.
