Sales Manager – Logistics Services

About the role

Flexport is expanding its sales organization to grow its presence in the logistics market. As a Sales Manager you will lead the acquisition of new clients and drive revenue across Ocean, Air Freight, Customs, Trucking, and Warehousing services.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and expand market presence across all logistics service lines.
• Research target markets and industries to identify high‑potential business opportunities.
• Prospect and engage prospective clients through direct outreach and collaboration with the SDR team.
• Assess client needs and deliver tailored, tech‑enabled logistics solutions.
• Present service capabilities and value propositions in client meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and execution.
• Manage account portfolios with a focus on generating new sales across core services.
• Monitor market trends, pricing updates, and policy changes to capitalize on opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of shipping/logistics experience, including 2–3 years in quota‑carrying sales.
• Fluency in Khmer and English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the local market with executive‑level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build lasting relationships with decision‑makers and key influencers.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast‑paced international environment.
