Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will oversee budgeting, document management, and performance reporting while driving revenue growth through hotel and audio‑visual product sales. The role involves close collaboration with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and proactive market development.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and maintain budgets, contacts, activity plans, itineraries, contracts, purchase orders, and meeting minutes; produce forecasts and performance reports.
• Assist in creating the department’s annual operating budget, enforce budget control, and minimize cost losses while promoting products and services.
• Negotiate room and activity cooperation prices, promote featured hotel products and services.
• Research local competitors, analyze operating conditions, and provide summarized feedback.
• Proactively develop market business, follow up on customer referrals and potential partners.
• Stay updated on audio‑visual equipment trends, techniques, and new devices; participate in market research.
• Maintain regular communication with IHG regional stores and booking channels.
• Participate in industry exhibitions as needed to promote hotel meeting venues.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the Director of Sales.
