Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead our sales team in driving revenue growth across air, sea, and land logistics services. This role requires building strong customer relationships and coordinating closely with operations to ensure seamless shipment execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead, coach and set KPIs for the sales team, monitoring performance and providing guidance.
• Negotiate freight rates, prepare competitive quotations and support complex customer inquiries.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback and contribute to annual sales strategy.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customs, Finance and other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth deliveries.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding or related industries.
• Proven ability to acquire new customers and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Strong negotiation, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and travel for client visits.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with CRM or sales management software for pipeline tracking and reporting.
