Sales Manager

About the role

Flexport is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the growth of its full‑suite logistics services—including ocean, air freight, customs, trucking and warehousing. The role will focus on acquiring new customers, expanding market presence and delivering technology‑driven solutions that simplify global trade.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect high‑potential clients across target industries.
• Present Flexport’s logistics portfolio and value proposition to decision‑makers.
• Negotiate and close new business contracts covering ocean, air, customs, trucking and warehousing services.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of opportunities to achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding or supply‑chain technology.
• Strong understanding of global trade processes and customs regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results in a fast‑growing environment.
