Sales Executive – On Trade

About the role

The Sales Executive – On Trade will drive market execution and revenue growth for Cambrew within the on‑trade channel. You will ensure the company’s FIT standards and Picture of Success (PiCOS) are applied across designated outlets, while maintaining product quality, availability and visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Cambrew’s execution process during outlet visits, guaranteeing compliance with FIT and execution standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with outlet owners and staff, providing excellent consumer service and reporting changes in consumer profiles.
• Drive flawless implementation of trade programmes, planograms and activation standards.
• Open new outlets, promote consumer promotions and expand market reach through strategic partnerships.
• Track KPIs, analyse sales data and ensure product availability across required SKUs to meet monthly sales targets.
• Share best practices with peers and support fellow Sales Representatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales execution within the on‑trade or consumer‑goods sector.
• Strong customer‑relationship management skills.
• Ability to plan routes, manage time effectively and meet sales targets.
• Commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of FIT standards and trade execution processes.
• Experience with KPI tracking and sales data analysis.
• Understanding of product availability management across multiple SKUs.
