Sales Executive – Fresh Graduates Welcome

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and results‑oriented Sales Executive to develop new business and expand our logistics services. The role focuses on acquiring new customers and achieving revenue targets across FCL, LCL, freight forwarding, and end‑to‑end logistics solutions, with about 80 % of the time spent on field sales and customer visits in Phnom Penh and nearby provinces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for FCL, LCL and freight forwarding services, targeting garment and trading/BCO customers.
• Identify, approach and build strong relationships with potential customers to expand the company’s portfolio.
• Conduct regular customer visits and sales calls, with the majority of activities performed in the field.
• Achieve assigned sales, gross contribution and shipment volume targets.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, target account list and daily activities in the company system.
• Generate new sales leads and identify prospects for tenders, RFPs and RFQs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design end‑to‑end logistics solutions and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Support the existing sales team and perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential and interest in sales/business development are welcome.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, logistics or freight forwarding are also encouraged to apply.
