Sales Engineer (Construction)

About the role

The Sales Engineer will act as the technical bridge between our construction products and customers, identifying needs, providing engineering information, and supporting new business development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify current and future customer service requirements by building rapport with potential and existing clients.
• Provide technical and engineering information on products, equipment, and services, answering customer questions.
• Establish new accounts and plan sales call schedules to grow the customer base.
• Analyze cost‑benefit ratios and propose improvements or changes to equipment, processes, or materials.
• Prepare sales engineering reports summarising sales trends and application insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, with ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
• Excellent organizational skills, honest, motivated and hard‑working.
• Fluent in English; Khmer or Chinese is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of market research techniques and statistical/data analysis methods.
• Thorough knowledge of social media and web analysis.
