Reservations Executive

About the role

The Reservations Executive is a key member of Discova’s Reservations team, responsible for delivering best‑in‑class service and memorable local experiences for travellers. You will manage booking logistics, resolve operational issues and provide feedback to improve our products and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and make reservations for accommodation, air tickets, train tickets, suppliers, restaurants and all services included in a package (excluding tour guides).
• Co‑operate effectively with Operations, Fleet, Product, Sales, Customer Experience and external suppliers to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of bookings, passenger details, logistics, internal notes and supplier notes in the reservations system.
• Resolve customer service issues to satisfaction, implementing corrective and preventive measures.

Required profile

• Degree in tourism or hospitality (advantageous).
• Fluent in the local language and intermediate to advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
• High attention to detail, excellent time‑priority management and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to work a flexible rotating roster that may include nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Ability to handle changing priorities, stay calm under pressure and travel on business when required.
• Alignment with Discova’s purpose and values.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
