Report Development Officer

About the role

The Report Development Officer will develop BI reports to optimise daily workflow, create database objects, and provide ad‑hoc reporting and data extraction for internal and external requestors while ensuring information security.

Key responsibilities

• Develop BI reports based on criteria and requirements to improve user workflow.
• Create functions, packages, stored procedures and other DB objects, and perform data mining.
• Provide ad‑hoc reports and data extraction to internal and external requestors.
• Handle confidential information according to Information Security Policies and strengthen data security, integrity, access restrictions and audit logs.
• Support end‑users, create and update documentation, manuals and procedures.
• Ensure reporting system availability and perform performance tuning.
• Oversee BI support, other reporting tools and resolve related issues.
• Conduct R&D on existing and new features such as BI tools, data analytics, data warehouse and Big Data technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related fields.
• Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and databases such as Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as VB.NET, ASP.NET, C# or PHP.
• Understanding of general accounting principles and banking operations is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to learn new software systems.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently in a team.
