About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, client‑focused Relationship Manager to join our growing financial services team. The role involves building long‑term relationships with individual and corporate clients and delivering tailored financial solutions that meet their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain long‑term relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Understand clients' financial objectives and recommend suitable products and wealth solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct professional client meetings and presentations with confidence and credibility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay informed on market trends, investment opportunities, and financial products to deliver informed recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized financial solutions.
• Achieve individual and team business development targets.
• Ensure all client interactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior relationship managers and contribute to team growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, wealth management, insurance, investment advisory, trust services, or related financial fields.
• Proven success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Strong understanding of financial products such as investments, insurance, lending, and trust solutions.
• Professional appearance and business etiquette.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
• Leadership or team‑management experience preferred.
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or a related field preferred.
