Relationship Manager, Deposit & Services

About the role

The Relationship Manager, Deposit & Services will drive product development, sales and marketing strategies for corporate and high‑net‑worth individual banking segments. The role focuses on building a strong market network, acquiring new clients, and deepening relationships with existing customers to maximize cross‑selling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement product, selling and marketing strategies for corporate and key individual banking services, including KHQR‑UPI.
• Identify and approach potential corporate and high‑profile individual depositors, delivering sales presentations and promoting payroll and payment services.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring cross‑selling of the full range of financial products.
• Assist the Branch Manager in setting sales targets, coaching the sales team, and monitoring performance against competitors.
• Prepare and manage client pipelines and reports, keeping up‑to‑date with AMK’s marketing activities and product offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, micro‑finance or related business operations, preferably with SME, commercial or high‑profile individual clients.
• Strong network within SME and commercial sectors is an advantage.
• High energy, able to motivate staff and drive business momentum.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
