Regional Sales Manager

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Chak Angrae Kraom, responsible for leading sales activities across an assigned region. You will drive revenue growth, manage a sales team, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans, set targets, and monitor performance against goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and coordinate sales campaigns.
• Coach, mentor, and review the sales team to ensure skill development and accountability.

Required profile

• Strong regional sales management experience, including target setting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
• Proven business development, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating sales teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Solid analytical and reporting capabilities.
