Recruitment Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Officer to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process, ensuring we attract top talent that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via job platforms, social media, referrals, and recruitment events.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Prepare job offers and support onboarding activities.
• Update and manage the candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Assist with mass recruitment drives and walk‑in interviews as needed.
• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely hiring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Effective sourcing and candidate screening capabilities.
• Good negotiation and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines.
