Recruitment Executive

About the role

The Recruitment Executive will lead end‑to‑end hiring for Saisons Brother Holding’s diverse portfolio across retail, food & beverage, and technology. Based in Phnom Penh, this full‑time position ensures timely, fair, and compliant recruitment to support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify hiring needs and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and conduct initial screenings.
• Evaluate candidate fit, support selection decisions, and manage offer processes.
• Track recruitment metrics and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies.
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract diverse talent.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Strong recruiting and interviewing abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous recruitment or HR experience, preferably in retail, F&B, or technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
