Recruiter Internship

About the role

HRINC Jobs is looking for a motivated Recruiter Intern to join its on‑site team in Voat Phnum. You will support the recruitment process for a range of clients across Cambodia and the wider ASEAN region, gaining hands‑on experience in talent sourcing, candidate communication, and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using online job platforms and social media channels.
• Review resumes, shortlist profiles that match client requirements, and maintain accurate applicant tracking records.
• Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and ensure a smooth interview experience.
• Post job advertisements and uphold consistent branding across HRINC Jobs’ digital channels.
• Collaborate closely with senior recruiters and client service teams to deliver professional recruitment services.

Required profile

• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates, colleagues, and clients.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Khmer is beneficial; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Voat Phnum within a diverse, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Competence in common office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
