Real & Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) Officer

About the role

The Real & Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) Officer will support the asset recovery and repossessed property sales function, building relationships with dealers and ensuring smooth property closing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Visit dealers to build networking and encourage participation in bidding.
• Regularly track listings and stay up‑to‑date with market conditions.
• Negotiate and sell repossessed assets.
• Coordinate activities required for property closing, including document signing and fund disbursement.
• Manage stock control operations together with asset management.
• Build and maintain relationships with all relevant dealers.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in banking and finance.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with dealers and customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate in English.
