Real Estate Sales Support

About the role

We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Support specialist to join our Phnom Penh team. You will work closely with sales agents and international buyers, assisting them throughout the entire client journey in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic property markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team from first contact to closing and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Consult clients, qualify their needs and match them with suitable property options.
• Develop and maintain a database of developers and property projects.
• Conduct site inspections, take photos and request marketing materials from developers.
• Prepare presentations and marketing materials for client meetings.
• Keep CRM data organized and up to date.
• Help build long‑term relationships with clients.

Required profile

• Cambodian citizenship and native Khmer speaker.
• English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Experience in sales or client support (real‑estate experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow quickly.

• CRM (customer relationship management) systems.
