Quality Assurance Manager – Manufacturing

About the role

ISI Group is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead all quality control and assurance activities across its steel, hot‑dip galvanized, building materials, and metal divisions in Cambodia. You will develop, implement and maintain robust quality management systems to meet ISO, JIS and ASTM standards while supporting production, procurement and new product development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring compliance with ISO, JIS, ASTM and other relevant standards.
• Conduct regular internal audits, risk assessments and update quality documentation, procedures and manuals.
• Oversee raw material, in‑process and final product inspections, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Investigate quality deviations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage supplier quality, perform supplier audits, monitor performance and lead improvement plans.
• Supervise the Quality Laboratory team, coordinate material testing, product validation and operation of the mobile demo lab.

Required profile

• Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO, JIS and ASTM standards and QMS implementation.
• Ability to collaborate with production, procurement and R&D teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
