QA/QC Auditor

About the role

Centric Brands is seeking a QA/QC Auditor to ensure consistent production quality, correct order quantities, and on‑time delivery for its kids apparel and handbag lines. The role involves close collaboration with factories, vendors, and internal teams to drive continuous quality improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspections following SOPs to verify product quality, quantity, and delivery timelines.
• Perform risk assessments during PPM and line reviews with factory representatives.
• Monitor production status, work‑in‑progress, and factory schedules to align inspection plans.
• Communicate quality issues promptly, develop solutions with factories, and issue detailed inspection reports.
• Track corrective‑action plan (CAP) implementation and outcomes.
• Provide regular training to vendor/factory staff on customer requirements, quality standards, and quality‑conscious practices.
• Update factories on new requirements and share case studies.
• Oversee daily factory operations, compliance, and internal quality control systems, including sharp‑tool and needle‑detection processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in kids apparel quality assurance.
• Strong technical knowledge of kids apparel and handbag construction, fabrics (PU, PVC, Nylon), trims, hardware, and safety standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical college diploma.
• Proficient written English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
