Project Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Sales Executive to drive new business and manage existing client relationships within the construction sector. The role involves identifying project opportunities, preparing proposals, and converting leads into successful sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales plans and strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in the assigned region.
• Source new project opportunities and acquire new customers through regular site visits and requirement assessments.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to project conversion.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams via the S&OP process to ensure timely, full delivery of products.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, consultants, architects, and project owners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects, providing regular sales reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales & marketing, civil engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience, preferably in project sales or the construction materials industry.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and result‑oriented mindset.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities.
• Excellent command of English and Khmer (written and spoken); Chinese is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, positive, and responsible attitude.
