Project Coordinator – Phnom Penh

About the role

ThaanJaya Properties is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead and synchronize development projects in Phnom Penh. The role involves overseeing project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, develop, and maintain the master programme for each project, covering key milestones, priorities, and critical activities.
• Define and coordinate project objectives, scope, planning assumptions, budget framework, and key performance measures.
• Lead the overall coordination of all parties involved, including internal departments, consultants, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in a client‑side or developer‑side project management role; contractor‑side experience is a plus.
• Strong background in coordinating multidisciplinary construction or development projects.
• Good understanding of project delivery processes.
