About the role
Sika Cambodia is seeking a Production Worker to support its manufacturing operations. The role involves handling raw materials, operating machinery, and ensuring product quality in a safe environment.
Key responsibilities
- Gather, measure, mix, and process raw materials according to work orders.
- Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery following company standards.
- Inspect, pack, and ensure cleanliness of final products.
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles safely.
- Report any issues with machinery or products to the supervisor.
- Follow EHS, ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 procedures and maintain confidentiality.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduate.
- Ability to read and write Khmer; English is a plus.
