About the role
We are seeking an experienced Production and QC Manager to lead our food processing operations. The role combines responsibility for meeting production targets with ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and control daily, weekly and monthly production to align with sales demand, cost, quality and delivery goals.
- Oversee the entire production flow from raw material receipt to finished goods, guaranteeing smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain compliance with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and other food safety and quality standards.
- Lead, supervise, train and evaluate production staff, fostering productivity, discipline and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance, minimize downtime, reduce waste and drive efficiency improvements.
